The Living Room includes a Recliner, a Sleeper Sofa and an Entertainment Center.

Lanai (patio)

The bedroom includes a King Bed, night stands, two chests of drawers, a spacious closet and a private entertainment center with Cable TV and DVD player. Our new split air conditioning system puts cool air directly into the bedroom! (Most condo's on Maui don't have this feature).

From the bedroom you can look back to view Mount Haleakala! (This is a view from the back walkway area).

From Condo #607 you will enjoy the beauty of the ocean & shoreline, and will also enjoy the views of the islands of Kaho'olawe, Molokini, Lanai, the West Maui Mountains and Ma'alaea Harbor.

The Dining Room seats four comfortably. 

Living Room

The Living Room Entertainment Center includes Cable TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo. The Stereo includes a 4-disk CD player, Radio Tuner, and Cassette Tape player.  There are DVD videos, VCR video tapes, cards and games available.

The large lanai (patio) is equipped with table and chairs so you can sit and listen to the waves as you whale watch (in season), gaze at the waves lapping on the shoreline and enjoy your relaxing views of the ocean, the islands of Lanai, Kaho'olawe & Molokini and the West Maui Mountains.

As an added bonus we have a new split air conditioning system that puts cold air directly into the bedroom, in addition to the living areas. (That makes us unique on Maui since many condo's only have a window air conditioner in the living room.) Now you can enjoy the balmy island breeze during the day, and sleep comfortably at night!

• Free Internet is available inside the condo!  Just bring your computer and plug into broadband service.  Both wired and wireless connections are available.  Surf the web, receive and send emails, send pictures of paradise to your friends and family!

• A Cordless Phone is available to receive calls and to make local outgoing calls.  Long distance calls are disabled.  Local calls do not require dialing the area code (808).  A local phone book is in the condo. 

• An Elevator is in the center of the building and stairs are located on each end of the building.
