Rates vary by season - please see below for the applicable rates and terms.  Also check HOT DEALS for special offers.  Please note Hawaii Excise Taxes and a possible cleaning fee. 

Low Season: April thru November, Dec 1-14. 

  • from 4 to 29 nights: per night Condo #607  $150
    • add $10 per night for 4th person (limit of 4 per Hawaii law)
    • add Hawaii Taxes (12.42% as of July 1, 2009, 13.42% as of July 2010)  
    • add one time cleaning fee for stays under 5 nights, no cleaning fee for stays 5 nights or longer.
  • 10% discount for stays 30 nights or longer.

High Season:  Dec 15-31, all of Jan, Feb & March

  • from 5 to 29 nights: per night Condo #607  $180

Terms:

  • Unless reservation is confirmed rates and available dates are subject to change without notice. 
  • Maximum occupancy for a one bedroom per Hawaii law is 4 people. 
  • This condo is non-smoking.
  • If the cleaning fee applies, it is a one time charge of $75.  Cleaning occurs after your departure.  Please contact us for quotes if cleaning is desired during your stay. 
  • Discounts: 
    • 10% discount for stays of 30 days or more.
    • 10% airline employee discount.
    • 10% Kama'aina discount. 
    • only one discount per reservation, i.e. discounts are not additive.

    • Unless stated otherwise, discounts apply to full rates & do not apply to other special offers (such as HOT DEALS).
  • Minimum Stays: 
    • Low Season:  4 nights (contact us for possible exceptions).
    • High Season:  5 nights (contact us for possible exceptions).
    • Reservations with arrival between December 20 and January 1 have a 10 night minimum stay (contact us for possible exceptions).
    • If there is an opening less than the minimum 4 or 5 nights that is between two reservations then we will accept a reservation for that shorter opening. 
  • Payments: 
    • Rates are in US dollars.
    • We prefer a check or money order but can accept credit cards (using PayPal) for a 3% additional fee (paid to PayPal).  If the reservation is cancelled the PayPal fee is not refunded. 
    • Payment is subject to Hawaii Taxes of 12.42% (effective July 1, 2009) or 13.42% (effective July 1, 2010).  If a special offer is made that "includes taxes" it means we pay the Hawaii tax for you so it is not added to your rate.  
    • $200 deposit required within one week of reservation or reservation will be cancelled. 
    • For low season reservations full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to reserved arrival date or reservation may be cancelled.  For high season reservations full payment must be received not later than Nov 1 or reservation may be cancelled. 
  • Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.  For low season: cancellations less than 30 days prior to reserved arrival date will receive a refund of payment less the deposit.  If the condo can be re-booked the deposit will also be refunded less the cancellation fee.  If cancellation occurs 7 days or less from the date of reserved arrival all payments will be forfeited unless the condo can be re-booked (refund pro-rated).  For high season: cancellations before Nov 1 will receive a refund of payment less the cancellation fee.  Cancellations Nov 1 or later will forfeit all payments unless the condo can be re-booked (refund pro-rated).  
  • Key:  There is a key kept outside the unit in a lockbox.  You are responsible for bringing the lockbox code with you and/or remembering it.  If you get locked out and require someone to let you in there is a $40 fee.  If a key has to be replaced there is a $40 replacement fee. 
  • Parking is conveniently located directly next to the condominium.  A parking sticker must be placed on the car bumper or the car may be towed at your expense.  The parking sticker can be obtained from the office on the first floor by the elevator (we are not affiliated with that office, but they are responsible to issue your parking sticker).
